I had to publish a blog to comment on my friend's blog.
I'm a kick ass cleaning lady but I'm really an avid oil painter & lifelong photographer.
I hope to inspire all who visit my blog to higher visions of themselves and their abilities.
Life is short, Art is long.
I have a Cyrus who would scare anyone. But my Cyrus is a special needs dog who only guards me. He's a Rottie mix who spent his first nine years kept by a dog hoarder who died suddenly leaving over a hundred dogs unattended until Best Friends rescued them.
Thanks for visit me and leaving your thoughtful and interesting comment. Come back often. You are the third painter I've run across with an original painting as avatar. Do you do self portraits?
I was at a funeral in Yarmouth this morning and I wanted to take a swing by this place to show my husband. The first thing he noticed was the "No Walking of Dogs" sign. I told him about Monty. The cottages look very different this time of year, all ready for winter...it's almost like they packed up all the color too!

If sweetness can be read in a face... he has it!
As a registered canineophile, I have to say that I think the kids in the post below are much more appealing.
