This is my studio standing alone on the fourth floor of the Codman Building. It's interesting to see the building as it was and as I am one of the last to leave, I've had a front row seat to the transformation. 4th Floor Artists hosted 13 Open Studios here that I know of and I participated in 12 of them. It was fantastic. I hope the people who live in these condos are as inspired by the energy of this old building as all the artists and Codman Lovers who've come and gone. This place rocked!

Wow...I used to be right across the hall from you a couple of years ago...I loved the space then and now that everything has been "blown away" I can see the "good bones" of the building and one of the reasons I was so drawn to it. But...time to keep moving...
We love the old New Englands architecture - awe inspired by the craftsmanship and pride that went into these beautiful buildings that have stood the test of time and aged with grace. I'm glad that we got to vist the Codman Blgd in it's last life & wish it many more interesting years of "if these walls could talk" in it's next stage of life!
